Vineyard
We produce red and white wines in the Southern Rhône and Bordeaux traditions, pruning and harvesting by hand to support local workers and ensure quality.
Our land is designed for efficient water retention through cover crops and drip irrigation. Sheep and goats naturally fertilize our vineyard, keeping root systems intact and building healthy topsoil.
